I WON"T GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT BRAINTREE TOYOTA !! I've been going to this dealership for 15 years when they started in Weymouth MA and they NEVER disappoint. I have 2 other leases with the dealership. Great truck and a great deal. They really worked with me on my tight budget. Edwin was awesome and Walace is the best finance guy around and really knows how to make the deal work for you and your budget. They never tried to oversell me anything at anytime. I hear horror story after horror story from people I know about dealing with car dealerships. This never happens here. Family owned business, that everyone I talk with that works there, loves working for the owners/family, because they are old school people that never forget where they come from. I can see why. They have buying a car, down to a science. Even if you don't want a new Toyota, go see these guys about a used car. Everyone I recommend to them always talks about what a great experience buying a car from them and the using the mechanics there to service their cars or trucks. Big fan! More

The car I was meant to be in...... My experience will definitely be a memorable one. I went to Toyota Braintree looking for a specific vehicle and I found. It was used, but only 8 mon My experience will definitely be a memorable one. I went to Toyota Braintree looking for a specific vehicle and I found. It was used, but only 8 months old. I bought it on Wednesday but unfortunately was was back there on Thursday, in the service dept. because of an issue the car was having and was back there again on the following Monday. So needless to say I was not a happy camper. Steve and Sunny where amazing to work with during this whole process, Steve gave me his cell phone and answered every call and every text I sent him during this time. On Monday when I dropped the car off at the service department, I went around front to talk to someone from the Mgmt. Team and that's when I met Carlos. Carlos was amazing, I honestly just wanted to sit and cry, after all this was a new car (at least to me) and I was back for a 2nd time in 5 days. Carlos listened to me complain and researched the whole situation and helped make it right. He worked with me until we came up with a solution, which ultimately put me in a new car, even though he didn't have to. His ultimate goal was to see me happy with both my decision in vehicle and Toyota of Braintree. Carlos put me with Wallace who walked me through everything that we needed to do to get me in the new car. He put me at ease and promised it would be an easy process, which it was. He called me a couple of times during that day to make sure I knew each step he was taking and to reassure me that everything was going to be ok and the whole time I was with him he did nothing but smile and make me feel better about the whole situation. To make a long story short, I drove off the lot today with my 2017 RAV4 SE - the perfect color - the perfect car. I could not have asked for a better team to work with or a better outcome. What an absolutely beautiful vehicle and equally important a great group of guys that made the purchasing experience so pleasant! Jordan Fehringer did a great job showing us almost every Highlander on the lot and was great at answering every question we had. Both my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to purchase our vehicle from. He did all the legwork ensuring delivery of the vehicle on time as promised. What a great guy ! Ian Merrill was our salesman when we first came to Braintree Toyota three years ago, he sold us three vehicles then and he welcomed us back with open arms, this time servicing us from the financing area. Ian went out of his way to ensure fast delivery and a smooth transition between vehicles. Ian made sure I had a loner to use while transitioning to my new vehicle. He and Jordan did a fantastic job taking care of the details and we are grateful to them for their efforts. Carlos Ortega, was also there three years ago when we purchased our first vehicles , we thoroughly enjoyed doing business with him. He is very knowledgeable, patient and an all around great guy.. It was another wonderful experience from start to finish !
