My Brand new 2024 RAV4 that I bought 4 months ago had its back hatch trim fall off out of nowhere and they refused to repair it under warranty stating that “ since its part of the body it is not covered”. Carlos was great, friendly and the only service attendant that was willing to assist. The other ones never looked up and ask if they could assist. They were busy doing nothing! Carlos deserves a promotion! Oil changing guy left his black boot marks on my door threshold, even on an umbrella laying beside the drivers seat. The door handle had black grease marks on it. Very sloppy work in caring for a high end Lexus with beige interior. Will drive to the Lexus dealership next time they take pride and care for your vehicle. Also, Brought it to the guy that returned my vehicle and he didn’t even ask to help clean it up. Where did the pride and respect go?! What a let down. More

I went in for an oil change and they of course tried to get me to pay for a nail in a tire, but there was NOT a nail. I took my car over to discount and it was a piece of metal and the guy just pulled it o get me to pay for a nail in a tire, but there was NOT a nail. I took my car over to discount and it was a piece of metal and the guy just pulled it out and didn't charge my anything. Toyota was going to charge me $45 to plug something that was NOT there. SHAME ON YOU!!!! Also- they said that I needed a cabin filter and engine filter. I said no thanks because I can change it myself. I had my brother change both of them and he pulled out the engine filter and he said it looks like toyota NEVER changed them even though I have paid them to change them out multiple times. Toyota this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! More
