The service department is effective and nice. However, when you have older citizen (I am one) I wish they give clear instructions in technology. So, I function in a cloudy world in relation to the radio stations etc. May be when they sell you the car, don't cram your head. Maybe the second or third visit you can approach this. So this is the regular location to do my oil change and the maintenance of my car, but this last visit the person who took care of me at the beginning was kind of rude, looks that he was having a bad day a the maintenance of my car, but this last visit the person who took care of me at the beginning was kind of rude, looks that he was having a bad day and he look tired as well, so I felt a little bit of attitude. It was the first time I did not feel welcome. At the end of service Carlos took care of the check out and he was really nice. So thank you Carlos!! Don’t remeber the name of the first one, but I hope he’s doing better now. More

Juan Carlos was a great advisor, and informed me quickly about a costly repair. He was very understanding and patient while my wife and I determined if we wanted to do it. It took more than three hours to have a tire changed for a scheduled waiting appointment. I could have done it myself in 40 minutes. I was late for a meeting because of this.
