Took my Highlander in for routine service. I told the guy at check in that I was bringing the car in and not my wife, needed to be sure they would text me and not her. Two a half hours later I looked in the parking lot and saw the vehicle appeared to be ready, I had received NO text messages. This has happened several times in our experience.
