2 different dealerships advised me differently in regards to my Bumper-to-Bumper warranty and the problem with my Highlander. Arrived for my appointment at Cobb County Toyota and the service tech Carlos told to my Bumper-to-Bumper warranty and the problem with my Highlander. Arrived for my appointment at Cobb County Toyota and the service tech Carlos told me he needed to contact my Extended warranty for approval. I waited 3 hours and I checked in with him and he said he was on the phone with them. Went back to him 40 minutes later and he said it is not covered. I missed 4 hours of work to wait for him to make a simple phone call with an attitude. Looking for a new dealership. More

Since I couldn't speak English, he used Google Translate to explain the repair details and priorities concisely. He was very kind and polite. I am Japanese.
