I dropped of my car at 7:45am and was given an estimated time of 11:00 am for the 30,000 mile service to be completed. At about 1:00 I called to find out when my car would be ready. When I picked up the car at about 4:15 pm, I let the agent know I was not pleased with the car being ready so much later than I had expected.
