I dropped of my car at 7:45am and was given an estimated time of 11:00 am for the 30,000 mile service to be completed. At about 1:00 I called to find out when my car would be ready. The call was forwarded time of 11:00 am for the 30,000 mile service to be completed. At about 1:00 I called to find out when my car would be ready. The call was forwarded to another agent that would call me back. I got that call at about 3:30 pm saying the car was ready. When I picked up the car at about 4:15 pm, I let the agent know I was not pleased with the car being ready so much later than I had expected. Finally for the second time your technician has failed to reset the "needs maintenance" reminded. - Raymond Lewis More
