Mr. Carlos Roman is a relly good sales person, the sales experiences was nice good people work in the dealer, as soon i left the dealer at 6 pm after 20 min with the car and turn on the light found lights w experiences was nice good people work in the dealer, as soon i left the dealer at 6 pm after 20 min with the car and turn on the light found lights was out, i return to the dealer and left the car there and they fixed no cost and delivery the car to my house. today i arrived to my house with my wife car after drive from west palm, take the nissan to test the light and find the car after 60mph the wheel shake car need balance the tires and may be aligment, so i have to take my wife car again to go to west palm because the nissan is not safe to drive in the highway. my concern is with the used car departmenti, how is possible you don't check the lights of a car and the balance of the tires and the alignment. Im really dissapoiment about how you guys take care of yours cars before offer to sale, the good experience of your costumers is the best advertising for your business and my experience is not the best i still have no car to use and i have to paid for balance the tires and alignment of the car may be the weekend, who knows. Difficult to trust when said they check all used cars . More
