Dealer Lied Sold Us A Used Car With Service Engine Light On We Went To Kia To Look For A Used Car The Sales Person Was Carlos He Showed Us A Nissan Altima That Just Came In And We Noticed A Service Engine Light We Went To Kia To Look For A Used Car The Sales Person Was Carlos He Showed Us A Nissan Altima That Just Came In And We Noticed A Service Engine Light Was On And Carlos Told Us It Was On Because The Car Needed A Oil Change And That Is Why The Light Was On And That He Would Clean The Car And Change The Oil For Us So We Liked The Car And Trusted He Was Telling Us The Truth LoL We Signed The Paper Work And Gave A Deposit And Told Him We Would Be Away For A Few Days And It Would Give Them Time To Get Car Ready For Us So We Picked The Car Up Few Days Later And THE LIGHT WAS STILL ON? So I Asked Carlos Why? HE LOOKS ME RIGHT IN THE FACE AND SAYS Its Still On Because The Code Needs To Be Cleared And This Is A Kia Dealership And We Dont Have The Nissan Computer To Clear It Off I Asked Him Are You Sure HE SAID YES So Less Than 24 Hours Later I Took The Car To The Nissan Dealership The Car Light Was On Because It Has Transmission Issues And That The Placed We Got The Car From Lied Because They All Have Some Kind Of Code Readers They Knew The Car Had Transmission Issues Carlos And The Dealer JUST RIPPED US OFF BUT Its Ok Because I Will Make Sure They Lose Business I Plan On Filing A Complaint With Broward County Consumer Department And Local News People ANYONE THAT Will Listen The Manger Should Thank Carlos For This Review All Yo Had To Do Is Be Honest But You Chose Not To Be Good Luck #kia #kiamotors More

A+ customer service, awesome team My experience at this dealership was second to none. I went in with a budget I was not willing to break and Carlos worked within my budget perfectly. My experience at this dealership was second to none. I went in with a budget I was not willing to break and Carlos worked within my budget perfectly. After some research I changed my mind and voiced my concerns to Carlos. He took my concerns into consideration and gave me an even better deal than before. Carlos was respectful, knowledgeable, and I could see had my best interest at heart. Also, he didn’t haggle me for a sale like at other dealerships I went to. After I had all my documents ready to go and came in to finalize, Carlos had let me know in advance that he was out of town and Hector would be assisting me to finalize. Hector was just as respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. Hector was there for me for every single step of the finalization process and even accompanied me to my credit union to finalize more paperwork! Mitch (who I believe is the sales manager) also took the time aside to sit down with me and go over prices and discounts despite having already signed a retail agreement to get me the best possible deal. The manager was there and even he was extremely involved in the process as well. Overall, I felt very well respected, very well treated, and got exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. Awesome team! More
