Customer Service Carlton sold me my car and is wonderful. He always stops to talk with me when I am getting my car serviced. He also sol my husband his car and always asks about him. Very Sweet! Robert is amazing with car service. He is always pleasant to work with and patient explaining work necessary on my car. If there are several items that need to be addressed, he will always prioritize if I don't want to do them all at once. Always helpful!! Manny does the wok on my car, and whenever I have any questions, he takes the time to come out and explain any work completed on my car. These three guys are the trifecta of Lexus!! More

Sales and Financing department are spectacular. Carleton is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend him. I HATE care dealerships and DO NOT trust them as far as I could throw them, but Carlton and Carleton is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend him. I HATE care dealerships and DO NOT trust them as far as I could throw them, but Carlton and Anthony are exceptions. I was lied to and ripped off on the very first new car I ever bought, and have hated the process ever since. It should not take multiple hours to complete the process of buying a car, that being said at least Carlton and Anthony make the process much more pleasant. I almost went to Palm Beach to get rid of my second Lexus and get a third after an issue with this service department; Carlton talked me into giving this service department another chance, I reluctantly did (it's a 45 minute drive north to get to this dealership so either way the drive was not going to be enjoyable). The service department quit giving me lip service and fixed the problem with a trim piece causing noise at the passenger side window, so I stuck with this dealership and my car, and came back for a 3rd. If not for Carlton and Anthony I would have left this dealership for good. More

Service I returned from vacation (driving 2500 miles) last night . I scheduled an appointment for today while driving home.
