Carl and the folks at Legend Nissan in Syosset, NY are terrific. After visiting many dealerships, and years of leasing, this is the most authentically friendly car dealership. It is difficult to know who terrific. After visiting many dealerships, and years of leasing, this is the most authentically friendly car dealership. It is difficult to know who to trust with inconsistent car and lease pricing, but salesperson Carl was upfront, not at all pushy, and in the end was able to get me the best price for my lease. Carl showed me many options and allowed me time to think to myself, and aloud to him, about these options; I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Thank you Legend Nissan and Carl! More

The service staff is very accommodating and respectful of time and cost. Work was done in a timely manner. Prices for parts are much higher than what can be directly sourced online and Nissan’s leadershi time and cost. Work was done in a timely manner. Prices for parts are much higher than what can be directly sourced online and Nissan’s leadership should stop with the predatory pricing as although service is great, it doesn’t create a license to inflate part prices to this extent. An airbag that should cost $1000 and is $665 on a discount site was inflated to nearly $2000 at the Dealership! Source: nissanpartsdeal.com. How does anyone with a shred of empathy or integrity justify doing business this way? More
