Dealer damages car then takes almost a year to replace the damaged part. Was called into only be told they ordered the wrong part for the car. Finally almost a year later get a call that the part is avail the damaged part. Was called into only be told they ordered the wrong part for the car. Finally almost a year later get a call that the part is available. Was told the repair would be an hour and a half and two and half hour no follow up. Approach someone to ask about car and was advised the the car has been ready. No one called to inform me that the car was ready. No loaner was offered despite the dealer being the cause for the damage. More
