The rep’s communication was very limited could not say how long it will take at INE point said the tech was looking at it then a week later said the tech was going to look at it?
I will never bring my truck there again and will make sure that no one I know does

Btw I took my truck to Vera Gmc in pembroke and in 3 days they diagnosed, ordered parts and installed them no problem the service person told me how long it was going to take and kept me up to date the whole time
You guys are doing something wrong there or at least not telling the customers what is going on “we are backed up” is not an answer
I could have save myself 4 weeks of waiting had the service person told me what “backed up” was

Dishonest and not up front gathering information from my original salesman Anthony. Then in service department I asked about fees if my oil change was still covered. I was told yes, and on pickup, ended up paying because the service expired in may. Also took forever to get my car back.
Then, at the time of purchasing the lease that was ending, tried to get taken advantage of again in the numbers. Only plus were the people, were pleasant. Just as a whole, sloppy with details and not paying real attention to details. The entire process took a very long time, unnecessarily so.
I would encourage better focus on appreciating the customers time, and being way more transparent with costs

I had a Wonderful conversation earlier today with Jeff Rogers. For those who are "customers", at Williamson Cadillac, most know that "THESE PEOPLE AT WILLIAMSON CADILLAC ARE SERIOUSE". Down to customer service and up to Your service advisors . Furthermore I received, a call from "The Big Guy", with all do respect, Mr.Jeff Rogers. "Who does this for a customer" ???. Brickell Buick.? I never, till today, have gotten a call back Shame.
Any way you'll have a customer "Williamson for as long as i can. Thank you. Now, lets hope my last visit coming, will solve the on going problem.
