Greg at Royal Moore was very interested in my case of a horn that honked involuntarily when I started the car. He kept me informed about the process of discovering the cause and showed me in the end where horn that honked involuntarily when I started the car. Turns out it was a very simple fix that he discovered and I was in and out in just 2 hours!! Amazing service and a pleasant experience! If you unhappy at other dealerships, try Royal Moore. They even offered to give me a ride to the mall! More

Every time I step foot in Toyota Royal Moore it is nothing but the best service. Everyone is super tentative and wants to make the customers life easier. As for Carmen Arteaga, he is always super nothing but the best service. Everyone is super tentative and wants to make the customers life easier. As for Carmen Arteaga, he is always super helpful. He runs to the customers and always makes the customer and myself feel heard and seen. He’s always making eye contact and always has a smile on his face. And for the last few times I’ve gone, he’s always meeting me at the door and is always prompt on time with the appointment. He greets me at the door and always tells me what the problem is, or how long the wait will be with his mechanics and he is always open and honest. I love bringing in my car for work and maintenance because I know it will always be in good hands and there will never be any lies told with Royal Moore because they always help and want the best for me and the customer. I don’t know if Carmen Arteaga is the manager there but every time I bring my car in for service he’s the tall guy that sits facing the window (with the TV to his back) and whenever they call the persons name for the car or for my car he always jumps right up and gets to the customer quickly. I really appreciate Royal Moore a lot. I’ve lived in Hillsboro my whole life and I’m so thankful we have an amazing dealership in my hometown, with people taking care of me like Carmen Arteaga. More
