First off I usually go to this dealership figuring I would be taken care of since I bought my vehicle here. But the past two times when I perviously had a check engine light on and was charged $220 for would be taken care of since I bought my vehicle here. But the past two times when I perviously had a check engine light on and was charged $220 for a part on my battery that was damaged by rodents which I should of asked to see it. I've owned 5 cars and never had rodent issues before so chalk that up to my fault for not asking Ms. Martinez. Now this past Friday I go for a simple oil change with tire rotation and I asked for the tires to be balanced. Before stuff was cheap for service now everything is more expensive I know the excuse everything is going on but for the same price your charging I rather give my money to a shop down the street that is not a dealership. I feel like I'm just a number and not valued as a customer anymore. Also wasting almost three hours on my day off mind you for a oil change and alignment is ridiculous by any means. I will not be returning for any services unless it's something major even then might look around for another shop. Looking at the prices I was charged close to $250 in labor, $25 shop fee, and close to $70 for parts (Oil & filter. Makes you wonder why people don't trust dealership service departments anymore. Finally your service porter left the paper mat in my vehicle all dirty from when he was done washing it. Which isn't the first time my car is a mess from your service department. More
