Took my Equinox EV in for a checkup at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins, and had a fantastic experience. Carolina Wetzal was my service advisor, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything Chevrolet of Hodgkins, and had a fantastic experience. Carolina Wetzal was my service advisor, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She was knowledgeable about the EV system, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. If you drive an EV and want it serviced by professionals who truly understand the technology, I highly recommend Advantage Chevy’s service department. I go to Advantage of Hodgkins strictly because of the service that Carolina provides. Carolina is the only advisor that I will see when having my vehicle serviced. She ensures that my vehicle is serviced service that Carolina provides. Carolina is the only advisor that I will see when having my vehicle serviced. She ensures that my vehicle is serviced properly, and as quickly as possible. I have numerous dealerships closer to my house, but I take the drive to Advantage because I know that I will receive the service experience that a customer should expect. She is very thorough in explaining the service that my vehicle needs, and never tries to push service that is unnecessary. I work in fleet management for a very large vehicle rental company, so I interact with contracted dealership service departments on a daily basis professionally. Never do I receive the professional treatment that Advantage of Hodgkins, specifically Carolina, provides. More

Carolina was absolutely the best person I've ever dealt with at a dealership. I've never received that kind of service and care before. Poor communication. Very difficult to get clear answers and understanding. I repeatedly asked the same questions seeking the same information. This has been a repeat occurrence of me having to chase the staff for answers and updates. Oh, and when you ask too many questions, the responses come with an attitude and unpleasant tone. For the future, I am not confident that my issue will be resolved when scheduling a repair appointment. I can confidently say that they will provide a list of "recommended" services that need attention without any clarification or explanation how this addresses my initial problem. And in my experiences, it didn't. It was an exhausting process having to contact the same individuals and state the same problem repeatedly. More
