Service department at Woodhouse Buick GMC of Omaha is an absolute joke. My parents came to visit us & had a brake line go out in their GMC Yukon Denali. Brought it to Woodhouse to get it roadworthy so my pa absolute joke. My parents came to visit us & had a brake line go out in their GMC Yukon Denali. Brought it to Woodhouse to get it roadworthy so my parents could bring it back home to their local mechanic. Woodhouse also had other recommendations totaling thousands more than repairing just the brake line & said it was an all or nothing deal. I would rather walk than take my vehicle to Woodhouse. More

I only dealt with body shop. Fast friendly service. I had insurance and non insurance repairs and they did everything at very reasonable prices. Employees were very professional and knew how to help with all insurance and non insurance repairs and they did everything at very reasonable prices. I asked for an inspection while my car was in service and they told me nothing about the car and they didn’t refill my oil either after replacing the oil pressure switch which is at a low elevation. I had ju they told me nothing about the car and they didn’t refill my oil either after replacing the oil pressure switch which is at a low elevation. I had just changed my oil a few days ago as well. Got my car back with practically no oil in it. And a couple scuffs on my front bumper. Now I hear noise coming from the front drivers side. What the xxxx? But besides that it was a good experience. More
