Shame on you. Received an order online and put in a credit app. Drove hours to dealership. Not only did not honor offer, increased MSRP by $10k for "additional dealer profit". This doubled the lease credit app. Drove hours to dealership. Not only did not honor offer, increased MSRP by $10k for "additional dealer profit". This doubled the lease payments. Then tried to bait and switch to a less expensive vehicle which was still around 80% monthly pyment greater than initial offer. Deceptive advertising, bait and switch. You confirm the worst sterotype to car dealers. Wasted a while day for this. SHAME ON YOU! More

I was looking for a 6 Speed Manual Challenger and found one at Ocala Honda. Casey made the entire experience smooth and I was in and out within a few hours. After receiving on line pricing for 2021 Ridgeline I drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership to buy it and most likely trade my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in. Corey was my salesman. After looking at drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership to buy it and most likely trade my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in. Corey was my salesman. After looking at my Jeep and being presented with an offer $10000 higher than quoted on line, $7000 over MSRP and $15000 for my Jeep (salvage price) I couldn’t believe the whole process. Clearly ethics is not a priority at Ocala Honda. Two days later the sales manager reached out to me and offered $26000 for my Jeep and lowered the sales price over $4000. I ask him to send me a signed sales order and we would move forward from there. He claimed he couldn’t do that. Two days later I bought a Ridgeline from Hendricks Honda, a professional ethic dealer for MRSP and they gave me $30000 for my Jeep. Worst dealership experience in my life!!! More

I hate writing bad reviews, but since I just dropped I hate writing bad reviews, but since I just dropped more than 20K on a car with a dodgy transmission I feel compelled to offer up a warning to pote I hate writing bad reviews, but since I just dropped more than 20K on a car with a dodgy transmission I feel compelled to offer up a warning to potential customers. I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade with 39k mileage a month ago. Internet pricing was 14k. Actual price ended up being over 20 (not including financing fees) because of warrantees, etc that they tack on. Car was in the shop within 3 weeks after almost having an accident when the automatic gears got stuck in traffic. It also began kicking and shifting rough. It was sold to me with a recalled engine and transmission problems that are downright dangerous, BUT Honda says they are not responsible for any of that, despite not having even made my first payment. Under the Lemon Law, I have to go through the Jeep manufacturer now. Turns out the market value of this car is @ 11,000$. Best case scenario, if I am ever refunded by the manufacturer, I still lose 14 grand (including finance fees) on this mess. Great for Honda, devastating for me. I have owned this car for 5 weeks at this point. According to the Honda rep I spoke to (I have never heard from any of the people involved in selling me the car), Honda has zero culpability for whether the car works, despite having sold it to me. They would only be responsible for a bad tire or a scratch on the body of the car, or something like that (!!!). As a final indication of the shady nature of this place, I traded in my previous vehicle (Mazda Tribute) for a few hundred dollars. It was very old and with almost 200k mileage, had chronic transmission problems, was on its last legs, and they said it would be junked when I explained that to them. Imagine my surprise to see it for sale 2 days later on their website for 4,000 dollars. Can't imagine they put a new transmission in there and I really commiserate with the person who bought it. I hate the idea of a big dealership like this taking such advantage of people who genuinely need transportation in these hard times. Do NOT buy a car from here. More
