My family was vacationing in Florida and on the way home, our Kia died on us. We were forced to go to the closest Kia dealership and I'm glad that Family Kia was the one nearby. The Service Dept went over and beyond to get us fixed as soon as possible so we could get on our way. However, the fix meant staying an extra 4-5 days in Florida.... days we did not have. So on to the Sales Dept we went!! Jose was fantastic to work with and found us another used vehicle that fit our needs and requirements. We appreciate the fact that they were gracious with the value of our trade-in. Even though Jackson had to deal with paperwork from both TN and FL, we got everything finalized! Jose even help us transfer ALL of our luggage, bags, beach chairs, etc, from our old vehicle to our new one. So, after a 24 hr delay, we were finally headed home. Me, my husband, my two sons and our Chihuahua are forever grateful for Family Kia helping us during our car emergency! Our Florida trip of 2026 will NEVER be forgotten! More
