No ETA on parts delivery, finally contacted them to install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; as install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; asked them to refund half of the rental cost. No response. Since they entered the rental business, they are perfectly happy to let your repairs sit. More
