They are always professional and very knowledgeable. My favorite thing about Luther Honda in St. Cloud is that they don't question the way the car came it. I have been turned down by 2 other dealerships My favorite thing about Luther Honda in St. Cloud is that they don't question the way the car came it. I have been turned down by 2 other dealerships by my house for service because the car is prior salvage, but Luther understands customer service and performs service regardless. I always seem to have Casey as a service advisor, and I'm appreciative that he doesn't talk down to customers, suggest unnecessary service, or overcharge. This is hands-down the best Honda dealer in Minnesota, and I'll keep driving 60 miles to Luther every time I need anything! More

I could not have been happier with my experience at Honda. My car required service while I was on vacation in Brainerd. Disappointed in my car purchase had two things go wrong shortly after buying my vehicle. It was highly recommended that I get the extended warranty due to the vehicle "being in an accident" and "for peace shortly after buying my vehicle. It was highly recommended that I get the extended warranty due to the vehicle "being in an accident" and "for peace of mind" Well my fog light stops working two months after the purchase and it's thought to be from "prior accident." Of course this isn't covered and even if it gets replaced I'm not it won't just go out again... So much for peace of mind.... on top of that I had to pay $100 just to figure this out. Not pleased won't return or recommend. More

Everyone was awesome and helpful. I received good information about my car as I had brought it in for a check over since I had recently purchased it. My battery had died, and after I had my car jumped, I drove straight to Luther. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Casey was able to take my car right away, and the battery was replaced and the c drove straight to Luther. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Casey was able to take my car right away, and the battery was replaced and the car was washed in half an hour. I am always very impressed with the service from Luther!!! More
