I have been bringing my Mazdas to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air to have maintenance work done for just about 20 years years, but this is the first time I purchased a car from them. Everyone my wife and I spoke Air to have maintenance work done for just about 20 years years, but this is the first time I purchased a car from them. Everyone my wife and I spoke with was very courteous and friendly. One thing I did like about our experience there was if they didn't know the answer right away they told me. No one was trying to bluff their way through. Honesty is a quality that is missing in today's world, but not at Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. From the very beginning, Cassandra tried to make sure that we would find the exact car we were looking for - and she FOUND it! There was no 'hard sales pitch'. A little bit of haggling and we walked away with a new 2021 CX 5 Grand Touring AWD. This is our 6th MAZDA and it looks like we will continue to love them. Thanks, Heritage Mazda!! John Sarno More
