You can’t go wrong at Bob Hook Chevrolet, my go to car dealership!! Mr. Bill Dabney is my personal car salesperson and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Bill is very flexible with my hectic schedule and h dealership!! Mr. Bill Dabney is my personal car salesperson and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Bill is very flexible with my hectic schedule and he always makes himself available. I showed up this past Friday randomly after work and I had no idea what to purchase or where to start. Bill could have encouraged, pushed or swayed me into making a decision. However, that’s not how Bill Dabney does business! He said, go home and keep checking our website for vehicles you absolutely would love to own. I just needed to do a little bit more homework to narrow down exactly what I wanted. Bill said verbatim, I never want to pressure my customers into making a decision. So, that’s exactly what I did! Once I narrowed down my decision and I had an idea of exactly what I wanted to purchase, everything else was breeze! I test drove a couple vehicles with Bill and made my decision! I was then guided into Cecelia Brownings office and let me tell you, she is the sweetest! Cecelia takes care of ALL of the paperwork and the financial side of things. Trust me when I tell you, she is happy to crunch some number for you without hesitation a multitude of times! Once I was comfortable with my payment, interest rate, and the warranty for my newly purchased vehicle, she was happy to explain everything AGAIN, in such depth and detail. I am so happy with my decision and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Thank you Bill Dabney, Cecelia Browning, and of course Bob Hook Chevrolet! You have a customer for life! More

After totaling my car, I was honestly dreading car shopping. My husband and I found a car online that we wanted to look at and I’m glad we came to Bob Hook. Bill’s personality was the best.
