We’ve been doing business with Bobhook for 15 years or more and the service with John Gahimer is fantastic ! My impala needed a compressor and Jarrod in the parts department found one close ! Gabriel helped us while John was on vacation so we were covered ! Jake Bishop our sale consultant for years truly is my - our family friend as he made sure we were going to have a vehicle for our vacation if our car wasn’t finished by the time we left! All is Good thanks to John , Jarrod , Gabriel, Jake Bishop of course the service technicians at Bobhook Chevrolet!! Jake has sold us 6 cars in the last 6 years and I would not go anywhere else for a vehicle!! Bobhook is a family run business with the owners there every day greeting their customers! No wonder they are the Best Chevrolet Dealer In Louisville Ky ! Thank you guys so much ! More

I was looking for a lower-priced used car, and was pleased to find almost precisely what i wanted at Bob Hook. Max was the sales rep i worked with. I'm from out of state and the folks at Bob Hook Chevy were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. They were very qui were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. They were very quick to respond and gave me confidence they had experience dealing with an out of state sale and the complications that go with that. I decided to fly into Louisville on a Saturday morning to pickup the car and then drive it home. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, I was unable to arrive prior to the dealership closing for the day. Since they're normally closed on Sunday, this meant I would need to stay in town until Monday morning to pickup the car. This is where the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First Cecelia called me at the airport to finalize financing. Then Kelly and Greg arranged to meet me at the dealership on Sunday, their day off, to finish the deal. The paperwork was ready and just needed signatures and I was on my way home in no time. They really stepped up to turn around an unfortunate situation. Thanks to everyone at Bob Hook that helped make it happen! More
