He answered my 500 questions about the truck while standing in the freezing cold and he was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. After Nathan I was sent to Celeste in the finance office. She was also great. She had me in and out quickly and was super friendly and made the transaction easy. First time I ever left a dealership feeling like I wasn’t ripped off. I would definitely use Nathan, Celeste and Heritage Ford again! I highly recommend them. More
