Intake by celine was quick and everything explained clearly. Oil change and tire rotation took about 1.5 hrs (understandable at a volume dealer) so no complaints. Only minor issues were: the TPMS w clearly. Oil change and tire rotation took about 1.5 hrs (understandable at a volume dealer) so no complaints. Only minor issues were: the TPMS was not "relearned" after the tire rotation. No big deal for me but may confuse other customers should they receive a low tire alert on the wrong tire. Also- I know it cant really be helped at times, can we try and put the drivers seat somewhat close to where it was. More

The service was good but a little slow. It seemed to take longer for a simple inspection than other places I have gone to previously. It seemed to take longer for a simple inspection than other places I have gone to previously. More

I was treated extremely well by Celine and your staff. The last two times I was there I spent a good part of the day at the dealership. The wait this time was much better. The last two times I was there I spent a good part of the day at the dealership. The wait this time was much better. More

Since you keep sending me this survey, I’ll let you know the truth. In the past, I had Celine as the service rep. She was efficient and very good at her job. How that my 2 yrs complementary service is up, t the truth. In the past, I had Celine as the service rep. She was efficient and very good at her job. How that my 2 yrs complementary service is up, they kept me there 2 1/2 hrs just to rotate my tires like I don’t have anything else to do with me day, despite me having an appt. When I went to inquire about my vehicle after the long wait and was told I need wipers, brakes and rotors. My car had less than 15,000 miles and it’s 2 1/2 yrs old. When I told them I don’t have time and needed to leave, he had me sit back down and called me back 5 mins later to tell me oh he had the wrong car and there’s nothing wrong with my car. What if I told him go ahead and do the work? I’m sure he would gladly charge me the extra $1,000 for it even though it didn’t need any of that work and it was the wrong car he was looking at. Sad and disappointing. More
