Everyone is always so nice at this location. My only comment is that I now have both a 2021 Highlander Hybrid and a 2024 Highlander Hybrid Platinum and the 2021 model is so much easier to use the multimedia console than the 2024. The integrated video camera is also difficult to use and a few days later are unsure as to how. I went online and found a manual for the video camera, which was large, and it is not very clear. I really much prefer the console on the 2021 since it is 100% much more user friendly than the 2024. More
