Cesar Tereso is my current service representative. Just had my 535 i repaired today. Yesterday, all of a sudden, my driver door didn't open anymore after unlocking the car. I texted Cesar my problem; h Just had my 535 i repaired today. Yesterday, all of a sudden, my driver door didn't open anymore after unlocking the car. I texted Cesar my problem; he took me in today and had it fixed right away. Great job done! More

Alex is Great! This is the second BMW I've purchased from Alex and I'm sure there will be a third! This is a great dealership with amazing customer service.
