So happy to be back at Mini...this is the 3rd Mini Countryman that I have had...I went to the darkside for 3 years and had an Audi Q5 I hated everyday of it! Pete, Chad & the entire Otto's family are Countryman that I have had...I went to the darkside for 3 years and had an Audi Q5 I hated everyday of it! Otto's MINI's awesome crew I recently took delivery of my Countryman and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment that Pete and Chad reached out to me to I recently took delivery of my Countryman and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment that Pete and Chad reached out to me to follow up on my plans for my next car, it only took a total of 7 days for them to get me into a new one. These gentlemen really did a fantastic job of making sure I did not feel pressured to get a new car. Of course, giving me a great deal helped as well! More

Found my car! Peter went the extra mile to help me into a new 2019 Cooper S 2-Door Hatch. The "old" 2011 S was showing its age at 173K miles. With the delay in the Peter went the extra mile to help me into a new 2019 Cooper S 2-Door Hatch. The "old" 2011 S was showing its age at 173K miles. With the delay in the availability of 2020 models with manual transmissions, my options were limited. But Otto's had a manual S and Pete worked with me to get it done! From the test drive on Monday evening to the delivery on Friday morning, Pete and the staff at Otto's were there to help and answer any questions I had. Great job!! More
