This was a great experience for us in the purchase of our new used vehicle. I spent 20 years in the auto industry and the last thing we wanted to do was spend time at a dealership. Salesman unable to give me an idea of interest rate %, even when given credit rating. Financing manager didn’t call for two days even after telling me he would call later in the afternoon. Promised remo even when given credit rating. Financing manager didn’t call for two days even after telling me he would call later in the afternoon. Promised remote start would be installed prior to picking vehicle up on Saturday morning. Received a call Friday saying it wouldn’t be ready. Had to return vehicle Tuesday so remote start could be installed on Wednesday. Vehicle wasn’t ready until Thursday late afternoon and couldn’t pick up until Friday. Quite honestly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More
