All the personnel we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions in terms we could understand.. The gentlemen who went over the vehicle coverage forms also provided good explanation and allowed us to ask questions. The men who installed mats and mud flaps etc. and prepared our CRV for our return home were very speedy. All departments worked together for a very pleasant experience in buying a new vehicle.
