We recently had a wonderful experience purchasing an Odyssey from Chad Lockwood! We really appreciated how he gave us all the information from test drive to financing with zero pressure so we could decide what was best for us. He was great at communicating with us to keep us updated throughout and has already checked in with us to make sure we are loving our new Odyssey and see if we have any questions. It really was the perfect car buying experience and we hope to purchase another car from Chad in the future. More

Jesse was amazing, he kept me updated on what was needed for my truck when it was getting serviced. When I bought my truck last year, Chad was on top of it! I just don't even know where to start with this guy Jeremy. First off I thought my GF and I had a slim to none chance of getting a car. We test drove 3 vehicles. first off I set an appointment to have a problem fixed on my SUV so when my wife came in to leave the car there would be no problems.. When my wife arrived the man who set the appointment claimed that what h my SUV so when my wife came in to leave the car there would be no problems.. When my wife arrived the man who set the appointment claimed that what he had told me was not the case. This was under the 3000 mile warranty for any new vehicle sold at Ken Garff. I had a rental set to be picked up as part of there fleet. When my wife arrived they tried to charge forty dollars a day since they needed it for 3 days I had approved the rental and waited until they were going to have one available. all of this was scheduled otherwise I would have never known when a rental was available. Why would you pay 40 dollars for three days they said they would need just to diagnose the problem etc. When my wife told them I had it set up they said the guy that had that information had not worked for ten days and so how could I have talked to him. In the end after my wife got upset and left the dealership I went in and worked it out with management and they approved the rental and took care of everything as it should been in the first place. I really like the salesmen that sold us the car he has been fantastic. I was going to lok at another vehicle from this dealership but this has put a hold on any plans that I had. Sorry but this was not a good experience. Had it been good I would have been just as descriptive and let everyone know. You asked about my experience so I told you the facts. I will be giving them another chance but it will be a while More
