My experience with Chad was seamless. I dropped off my truck the night before for an early morning appointment the next day. Chad contacted me the minute they opened to confirm the vehicle was being serviced and kept me updated when the service was complete. I had a few random questions that he handled right away. When I dropped off my car, everything was good, but I never received an update like I normally do about them. I’m working on the car when they pull it in. I never got an update of when it was done. Chad was diligent to communicate and get the vehicle fixed ahead of schedule. Chad was not the problem; he was the solution. Advantage did their own vehicle inspection and somehow missed the front sus fixed ahead of schedule. Chad was not the problem; he was the solution. Advantage did their own vehicle inspection and somehow missed the front suspension springs not being properly seated in their respective housings, creating a deadly ride. When it was pointed out to them 60+ days after purchase, and upon discovery by a Walmart Auto Technician, they took ownership of the error to fix the issue. I'll give them that. Lesson learned: don't assume any major reputable dealership inspected and fixed the obvious before sale. More
