Andrew, we are sorry for your experience. We did sell the vehicle As-Is, which you saw in person before the purchase, and it did not have the running boards. You later saw a photo with the defective peeling chrome running boards attached before they were removed due to the defect and wanted them added back on after they were disposed of.
