Very disappointed with the visit. No one came and told me the car was ready. I have no idea how long it was sitting in the lot when I saw it there. I went to service desk and they couldn't find the paperwork. Then they found it and said they were sorry. My wife is diabetic and she needed to eat. The truck had not been washed. I was supposed to receive a discount and I am not sure I did. While I was waiting, I talked with someone who claimed to be a salesman. I wanted to talk with someone about getting a price for a new Silverado LTZ by trading current LTZ and my BMW 435 I X Drive. He looked up prices in the blue book and said they didn't want decade old vehicles. I told him I had recently had received an offer letter which was higher than the blue book. I thanked him for his time. He never asked if we wanted to see a new truck. More
