Upon arrival, car was detailed, warmed up, and ready to go for scheduled test drive. He handled all related car buying details quickly and managed same day delivery of vehicle. He made impressionable car buying experience for my teenage son by making him feel welcome, providing tour of the dealership and graciously answering all his car-related questions. More

Exceptional Service I have purchased more than several new and used vehicles over the years. Frankly, I was reluctant to travel over an 1 1/2 hours to view a vehicle th I have purchased more than several new and used vehicles over the years. Frankly, I was reluctant to travel over an 1 1/2 hours to view a vehicle that that was to be used as a secondary vehicle and one that I may not purchase. My wife and I are exceedingly pleased that we did. Charles is awesome. It’s my third car with Charles and he is the best. I left some information at home and he drove to my house to finish up the process. That’s service.
