Daniels BMW advised me in a report on my car that I needed new break pads immediately, for $600+. I told them to check if it was covered under my warranty. Well they discovered it IS covered, however needed new break pads immediately, for $600+. I told them to check if it was covered under my warranty. Well they discovered it IS covered, however BMW is not willing to pay for it until the break pads wear down further. It's their POLICY!!! So they advise you that your car 'needs immediate attention' (their words), but when they realize they need to pay for it, it is no longer an urgent issue! What's wrong with that picture??? More

My X5 had to be driven around for an extra 40 minutes because of an error made by the mechanic. Which made an hour and a half visit into over 3 hours long. Used my gas for the extra 40 min ride and ne because of an error made by the mechanic. Which made an hour and a half visit into over 3 hours long. Charlie from Daniel’s BMW was great when my x3 needed servicing. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. The only complaint I have length of time that it took to get an appointment; over two wee servicing. He kept me updated on the progress of the work.
