I bought a 2016 F-150 here in April and had a great experience. Sean Gregory (sales), Charles (sales manager), and Michael Allen worked hard to get me a fair deal and make the extended warranty afforda experience. A few months later, the warranty company denied over $10,000 in needed repairs when I took the truck to a Ford dealer. Frustrated, I called Leesburg, and they told me to bring it to them. The General Manager JC, Ronald Delgado, and the service team stepped in, negotiated with the warranty company, and got about $12,000 in repairs covered. On top of that, they did several in free maintenance to fix another issue and provided me with a loaner truck for 1.5 months. At first, I planned on going with a new vehicle, but the payment didn’t work with my budget. Cory came up with a perfect alternative—a certified 2024 Jeep Rubicon that had everything I wanted! There is a major issue with excessive dog hair covering the entire interior and a strong urine odor in the vehicle. It was just traded so they did a quick clean because it was late and they were closing. We have major allergies, but Cory immediately promised to make it right and scheduled it to be free of dog hair and any odors, which we truly appreciate. They got it in very fast for this week, and is going back this upcoming week! I’m excited to start driving it once this is complete :) The sales manager who assisted, Charles, was also wonderful—very kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. The finance process was quick and easy, making everything stress-free. The dealership itself was spotless, welcoming, and even offered food and drinks. The associate working in the food area checked on us several times throughout the day, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m so thankful to Cory, Charles, and the whole team for going above and beyond! More
