I was a little hesitant when I first called Lithia because you do not get many good responses from dealerships these days. Charles was my first contact and I was really amazed at how much he went out because you do not get many good responses from dealerships these days. Charles was my first contact and I was really amazed at how much he went out of his way to get my truck fixed and he assured me it would be done by week end, even if they had to slip it in between appointments. The whole place had a very courteous and happy attitude. When I left there on Friday, Charles even got me a discount for the work that was done. I would highly recommend Lithia and their service department. Give them a try :) More

We were in a bind, away from home (Boise, ID) and ready to make a several-hundred-mile trip south and west. Our air conditioner and heater were not working and we would need them for the trip. Without an appointment, I showed up at the dealer service department before opening and asked for help. Charles Sebastian heard me out and said he would be happy to have a look. After some work, he asked if we had changed the battery, and I responded that we had. He said that the installer did not sync the new battery to the smaller battery underneath that kept all systems in line. He was able to give it a "flash" injection and get all systems working again. Cost was under the $100 deductible of our purchased maintenance plan, so we paid out of pocket. I would like to highly commend and strongly recommend Lithia on behalf of the excellent work and congenial approach of our problem by Charles Sebastian.
