Haven’t had any good luck with the service techs. I have bought 2 very expensive vehicles there. Have had to bring them in for service & got them back worse than how we brought them in. My SRT, it took 3 times to get it right & it was something they ruined from the 1st time I brought it in. Now with my Grand Cherokee 4xe summit, they replaced my delaminated window & when I got it back, I saw they ruined my trim around the car. So now another inconvenience, I’m waiting for the trim to come in. Which I’m very nervous to have them replace!!! I don’t want them to screw something else up when changing it out!! My husband just had an oil change there, when we got home, he saw they didn’t change the oil filter. He had to go back to get it changed. All in the same day. Huge inconvenience. The tech said he forgot to change it!!! Unacceptable!!! This all has happened within a week with my Jeep & his truck! Still waiting to see how long I will have to wait to get the trim & how this all plays out! More
