Bad communication and slow service. Reactive instead of proactive. After having my car for 24+ hours, I didn’t receive a call with the updates. I had to call and check, even when there was “updated information”. Something that I informed Brett upon arriving was that my ‘Oil Pan’ was leaking. When I called to make sure my car was available at 4pm like I was told, I was then informed that the same issue I had mentioned was somehow found as if it was new information. I was told the person that did the inspection didn’t look and assumed that the oil leak was the oil gasket. My price for service was increased, my car was not ready at 4pm or 7pm like I was told, my car was in your shop for 30 hours. I had to call out of work and I missed out on the opportunity to make money refereeing because I didn’t have my car. Compensation for my inconvenience was 10%, a joke
