Honest, trustworthy, fair, and thorough If I keep my vehicle they have earned my business. Although the other dealership was a major dealership I still wanted to have a full workup this being a used vehicle since I haven't made my first payment and I am noticing issues and Charles and other staff my experience well worth the money. Unfortunately there are issues with my new car but Charles was fair and honest with me and I don't feel as if I'm being taken and provided me advice on how to handle my situation. So if I'm forced to keep this car I will be taking this car to Charles from here on out. More
