Took too long Need better communication from parts and service depts. Issues with A/C service I have used this dealer exclusively for service since this vehicle was new in 2005 and have had good experiences. The cost was a little more than sma I have used this dealer exclusively for service since this vehicle was new in 2005 and have had good experiences. The cost was a little more than small shops but I always got good quality service. This time I had an A/C issue and had to take it back three times for the same issue with a significant bill each time. Even when I reminded the employees that this was the 3rd visit for the same problem, I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone to find out the status of the repair and there did not seem to be much concern that the first $1500 of work did not fix the problem. Parts weren't ordered before appointment a week earlier Getting first service a week earlier they noticed it needed CV boot replaced. After most of the day was over Charles mentioned they were ordering the part. Gave a rental car. The next day I called at 2pm and Charles said the part wasnt installed yet. I said this is incredible since I made the appointment a week earlier. He put me on hold and then said it was ready. They seem too busy for the volume they are handling. More
