This is the second time I have leased a vehicle from this dealership. I went back because I found them responsive and they have a great service department. The sales experience with Charlie was very good. He was a gentleman and very knowledgeable about all the models, specs etc. He was great with our family and partnered with the receptionist to make us feel a gentleman and very knowledgeable about all the models, specs etc. He was great with our family and partnered with the receptionist to make us feel at home. Despite standing pretty firm on the price of a very clean and fairly priced per-owned certified Accord, the team was a pleasure to deal with. The experience was great. We have bought quite a few cars and this ranked near the top as one of the easiest experiences we've ever had. Everyone was friendly and wonderful to work with. I only have one suggestion: When we picked up our new CRV, it was dark and raining. The car was in the garage on the east side of the building. The garage was not that well lit and our vehicle is black. It would have been helpful if the car was parked in a well-lit spot so we could view it better before we took delivery. Plus, we had to walk through the rain twice; once to inspect and then to leave. A small, well-lit area, attached to the building would be a nice way to show someone their new vehicle! Overall, Charlie and Patrick were great and we'll definitely come back for our next car. More
