Joe Goas, Chad and Charlie all provided great service under what were extraordinary circumstances. My daughter Sasha was driving our Q5 thru NE Pennsylvania when the engine broke down. By Monday morning Joe Goas got involved in coordinating with me, communicating with Audi North America to get Audi headquarters engaged. Joe was in frequent touch and ultimately helped to get the car shipped back to Audi Bethesda - our Audi dealer these past 10 years. Extremely responsive and responsible from beginning to end. More
