Last month, I had my first sales experience with MBSS and I'm pleased to say I couldn't be happier with the transaction! Starting with a late-night email notice of interest in a specific vehicle I had been looking for, I got a full email response with details on the car from my Sales Manager, Charles Miller, the next morning. Charlie invited me in to see and test drive the car. On arrival, I met Charlie immediately. We discussed and viewed the car; he offered a test drive and answered all of my questions in a no sales pressure atmosphere. As much as I may have tried to hide it, Charlie knew I wanted the car. He worked with me to make sure all of my documentation was received timely and kept me informed by email and text every step of the way!
