We went to the dealership to buy a car that we saw online for my wife. But the car didn’t have some of the features we expected it to have. Charlie helped us find another certified preowned breed, 2016 Mercedes Benz C Class 300 4MATIC, which we liked much better than the one we went for. It was loaded with way more cool features than we were looking for. In addition, Charlie is just a phone call away to provide us help and support after purchase whenever we needed one. More
