Service and warranty matter This is a great dealership because of the high caliber of staff working there. IN the sales department, Chas Sudol is one of the most honest, client This is a great dealership because of the high caliber of staff working there. IN the sales department, Chas Sudol is one of the most honest, client focused sales representatives. I have purchased a couple of cars from him and have literally followed him to multiple dealerships because he is so honest. You never feel like he has a hidden agenda. In the service department I worked with Kenn and similarly he was very very honest and client focused. I had a warranty issue with stitching on the front seat of my 2018 GT mustang coming apart and Kenn was terrific. He was very attentive and got an approval from Ford America very promptly and has already ordered the replacement. Finally I worked with Erica in the parts department and she was so positive and attentive when I went through her department to finalize my service transaction. These 3 individuals make this dealership worth trusting and visiting. More

It’s a dealership I knew I wanted to buy a new truck, I was leaning towards dodge and my wife wanted ford... She was attracted to their look and comfort and I wanted po I knew I wanted to buy a new truck, I was leaning towards dodge and my wife wanted ford... She was attracted to their look and comfort and I wanted power and reliability and ease of fixing mechanical issues should they arise. I went and looked at the truck at 9pm to avoid high pressure sales, giving my number and email, you know the drill! I liked the truck so I sent an email to the online sales lady Lauren. The next day she returned my email and called me to set up a time to view and drive the truck. I showed up at 230 and met Meraj, super polite nice salesman and he proceeded to show me the truck. It showed nice and drove better than expected. I was interested! After sitting with Meraj for a few min another high pressure numbers guy shot gunned me “Let’s make a deal!” “You ready to pull the trigger?” “Are you gonna shake my hand tonight?” As I explained to him my wife couldn’t come with me because of other prearranged appointments his attitude began to change! “Can you call her? Just call her!” He did this for an annoying hour and all I wanted was to solidify the deal, get the best price and a comfortable payment! He refused to negotiate a price any further citing “I cannot go to the owner with another offer unless your going to commit tonight!” He held to it so I made him write down what we painfully accomplished and proceeded to tell him I’ll call first thing in the morning after I talk everything over with my wife, who gave me a hard budget that this truck was exceeding. A few more thousand and I would have shook hands. And I told him in the beginning what my price range was and my monthly needed to be! He completely ignored me. The next day I called back at 0830am and told Meraj that my wife said yes but we still needed that price to drop and the payment to match. He said he would pass on the info to the high pressure numbers guy. And I would be hearing back from them shortly. Well 1200 rolls around and nothing, so I call, I’m immediately told “No, sorry, I told you last night the offer was the best I could do!” Which was a lie, because he kept telling me he had to call the owner! I said ok thanks nice working with you and hung up! I immediately called the Lauren who after explaining all the BS to promptly transferred me to Chas a manager and he immediately negotiated the deal with me, still higher than I really wanted, but I had already wasted so much time! Over all Meraj and the team where responsive and helpful! Financing and plating the vehicle with my disabled veterans plates was easy, just time consuming as usual! Very professional and to the point, in and out! As I got in my new truck to leave it was on empty and the DEF was also very low! After asking Meraj he went inside and came back out to go fill the truck for me, and a service tech also rounded up an owners manual so I would know how to use all the gadgets and functions of the truck! So with all this said! Yes I would refer someone! Meraj and Lauren where awesome! Stewart and Chas equally as professional and understanding! I hate buying cars! I hate dealerships! Buying a home is 100% easier! And faster, but these professionals did their best and I couldn’t be happier, well I would have if I got my payments $100 lower! But that’s car sales! More

Recommend dealership I am very impressed with this Ford dealership. The receptionist Elizabeth Cassidy was friendly and assisted me immediately when I entered. The salesmen Juan showed me the 2019 F150 - really knowledgeable and a great guy. We really bonded. I also encountered Erica in parts. What a cutie pie. I will buy my truck here. The dealership speaks for itself!!!! More

Great deals I just bought a great car at their tent sale last week. Super happy with the Dodge Dart!
