Nigel Treat, from the very first moment of my interaction clearly knows his business and the auto industry. I’m not an easy buyer, Nigel answered every question without hesitation, knew the market, and knew where I needed to land on my deal. His ability to overcome my questions and situation blew me away. This is the kicker, Nigel respected my method of contact request, text only, but to my extreme liking, he texted early, which I liked due to me being an early riser. He listened to my very explicit details, gave me exactly what I asked for and never once pressured me to buy. Sales experience was okay. The follow up not so much. My vehicle had 2 warning lights come on before I made it home. The salesman’s response to me letting him know was “they’ll fix it”. I traded in a perfectly good car and now have to spend my one day off sitting at another dealership for my car to get fixed. I’m not thrilled. More
