I have had this 2019 GMC Sierra in the shop 4 times for the same problem, transmission,shifts hard about 2 times a week while driving, first time they said there isn’t a problem, the second time they drai the same problem, transmission,shifts hard about 2 times a week while driving, first time they said there isn’t a problem, the second time they drained transmission fluid and put a different kind of fluid in, the third time they said it was a computer reboot, then the 4th time they said it is just a characteristic of the truck, it’s always going to do it, and that some cup is not filling up in the transmission, for me to let it warm up longer before driving. Well guess what happened the next time I drove it, yes the same hard shifting, you would think that if you spent 50000 on a new truck that it would drive better. I am not happy . Sorry but I’m not More
